From Prosecco to Lambruso, Franciacorta to Spumante. Each of the six delicious courses has been especially created by owner and chef of recently opened, Bar Machiavelli, Paola Toppi, to enhance eleven matched sparkling Italian wines.
This is a never before created event of food and bubbles from Friuli to Sicily, Piedmont to Sardinia.

Bolle Italia Degustazione Dinner includes Sicilian inspired canapes followed by a five course dinner of dishes from each of the five key sparkling wine producing areas of Italy, each dish matched with two of eleven unique Italian sparkling wines, chosen especially from over 100 producers in Italy to showase the thrilling diversity of Italy's 'bollicine'.
